They are a bunch of fraudulent people. They declared bankruptcy on May 6th, yet placed an order through a third-party warehouse on May 8th. They haven't paid any invoices from April or May and are simply running away. Such dishonest people.
Coswick Canada received over a $40,000 deposit for a large hardwood order and was not able to deliver the hardwood. Coswick has not refunded the deposit as promised in writing. They are not returning emails or phone calls. I am a professional Flooring Contractor posting this from my personal Google account Jim H
Dont deal with this company they real company name is NOVA GROUP, they are just a coswick floor middle man, find a better coswick distributor, we are flooring retailer here in california and we place an order with this Nova group back from june 2025 for one of our customer, and got a promised we will receive the order december. Febuary 2026 came and we found out they did not even paid the Coswick factory and pushed us to make our client switch to their luzini line, we had no other choice and our customer made the switch.
