THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING AND GOT ME A NEW AC & DUCTWORK IN JUST 3 DAYS I noticed my A/C unit blowing hot air during this bipolar Fresno weather. I called another company because I didn’t know Costless prior to and they told me that my 35 year old air conditioner finally died with a bad compressor last Wednesday morning. I had the best experience getting my AC replaced today by Barnabe. He was so kind, hardworking and did everything he could to get this AC set up. I’m so thankful and lucky to have had him help me.

Twice this week i had appointments from 12-3 my technician didnt arrive until 4pm. No courtesy call, nothing. My other was 12-2pm and he didnt arrive until 3pm. Ridiculous! If you give a window you show arrive in a timely manner. Customers shouldnt have to wait around all day for an appointment.

We had Raymond respond to our toilet problem & suggested different ways to fix the issue & went with totally resetting of our issue & went beyond by doing an amazing job in resolving our problem by 100%!! Also did a great job cleaning up the area. GREAT JOB & friendly young man not to mention very very competitive , THANK YOU 😊 Raymond also made sure to cover his shoe with booties to avoid tracking debris into our home
