I was attempted to be delivered by old Dr Costin December 11 - 14, 1977 at Mary Rutan hospitol. My mother was 16 years old. She went into labor on December 11th. He left her in labor for 3 days, and used force on her and me, the baby, that can be seen in my first photo. My face is all smashed. I actually visited this office in advance of my 1st appointment and spoke with the office manager to get a vibe if any of the doctors would be a good fit for me personally and accommodate my jobs leave of absence policy (when necessary). I also explained that I needed a biometric screening and this screening is 100% free as a wellness check on my insurance and covers all related bloodwork and office visits at 100%. The doctor and staff are very kind and knowledgeable. My son broke his arm, the doctor made him feel very comfortable and safe. Couldn’t ask for a better primary care doctor
