This appraisal company is awful. They showed up late, never called, and completely undervalued my home. They used comps that were no where near my house and used comps in completely different demographic areas. They clearly do not know the local market very well. Unfortunately my mortgage company selected them for me and I had no say in the matter. Do not use this company under any circumstances.
