We are very pleased with the service and installation of our floors. Efren and his crew did a phenomenal job installing the floors from start to finish, efficient and very detailed, even the plumbers was on time and professional Thank you Gary for your time answering endless questions and your friendly approach. Costen Floors did a great job installing new wood and carpet in our home. Gary was great to work with on the sales side, and install was easy and seamless. Definitely recommend.
Had my kitchen tv room hallway and bathroom replaced with Laminate. Gary my sales rep was a no pressure salesman who was very knowledgeable and attentive. The installation crew completed the job in one day and did excellent work! Looks great!
After this review was posted, the owner contacted us and he seemed to be a nice gentleman. He sent someone to fix the gaps but all they did is fill in some putty in the gaps. It was just a temporary fix and unfortunately they still look terrible. Those gaps have only gotten worse with the time. One of the major gap happens to be right in the middle of our house and it is such an eye sore. Their floor installers should have paid more attention towards their work originally instead of trying to patch it up later on unsuccessfu... read more
We are totally pleased with the sales and installation service received from Costen Floors. We had multiple rooms recarpeted and the entire process was outstanding! Matt did a great job in sales with helping us find the right carpet and padding. Wilson and Samuel did a great job with the installation. We highly recommend this team!
