Costen has a great selection, everyone was very nice and friendly. Couldn’t have had a better team than Gary Hand in the showroom and Sammy installing!!! Definitely recommend Costen.
Great customer service! Lots of choices for flooring and great installation. I could not be happier they were fast, thorough and were very good at paying attention to detail.
I reached out looking for a tile purchase and carpet installation service. They contacted me and said they'd sell me the tile and would refer me to their installation contractor. Then told me they had to run to a customer meeting. And I never heard back. Don't call me if you're going to be rushed for another appointment. Wait until you have time for me. Don't tell me you're going to do something and never follow through. This was my first interaction with Costen. It'll be my last too.
Beautiful new wood floors and carpeting! We worked with Gary and his installers, Jovanny & Sammy. Gary assisted us in selecting our finishes, and the final results are exactly what we had envisioned. They were professional and friendly, and they worked hard to ensure that we were happy with the job. We are! Thank you to everyone at Costen Floors.
