Janice Dumitru and the Costen Flooring team did an exceptional job with our hardwood flooring, stairs, and carpet installation. I was very pleased with the installation of new LVP flooring done in a house I just purchased. They installed an entire second level and 15 stairs. The crews who did the work were very conscientious and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Costen Floors!
Matt Turner was very knowledgeable and helpful for our three room hardwood flooring project. He visited our home even though it was over an hour drive for him. He had samples ordered for us. When we visited the store, he showed us around and gave thorough answers to our questions.
What a great experience! Matt was very professional, informative and on time! We are satisfied with complete process! Will definitely refer to Costen again for any future flooring repair work! Job Well Done!
A home improvement project can be a daunting experience. When my fiance and I walked into the Costen showroom searching for flooring options, it was initially overwhelming. Then Gary Hand introduced himself and, through his knowledge and guidance, our LVT flooring installation project became a success. The punctual and courteous installation team, comprised of Jhovanny and Christian, delivered skilled workmanship. We are very pleased with the quality work and great service we received.
