We had a great experience with Costen Floors. Gary Hand was our sales rep and he handled all of our scheduling and answered every question we had. The team that put in the floors was fabulous. They were able to get our bedroom finished in one day! We will definitely work with Costen Floors again!
Our experience with Costen Floors was excellent! Our home was damaged due to a fallen tree and one bedroom in particular received damage. Through our contractor we were referred to Matt Turner to assist with replacing the floor. Matt was professional, had many years of experience, was respectful, courteous and very helpful. Service from beginning to end was excellent. Will was very responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns. The installer provided excellent service in installing my stair runner, and he provided recommendations of how to fix the scotia on my top stair. It looks amazing and I'm so please with the results.
