Slightly late to review but better late than never: I have a personal puzzle ring that was bent out of shape (to the point it could not be put back together) and so I stopped by Costen Catbalue last summer to see if they could help me. The staff were simply wonderful. The lady at the front told me my options and the cost to repair, and the lovely jeweller did his best to fix my ring without charging anything.
