This review is WAY OVERDUE!!! We purchased our spa from the Smithtown store in June 2024. Amanda, the sales rep, was so patient with us, and very knowledgeable, answering our many questions over multiple visits to the store. Due to construction delays in our backyard, we were unable to take delivery until September. Everyone at Ace worked with us and held onto the spa until we could have it delivered. They were amazing. I did a lot of research looking for a hot tub on Long Island and eventually settled on purchasing my hot tub from here. Very happy with the Maple Spa, Canadian made uses thicker insulation which maintains temperature a lot better and will save on your energy costs during the winter. Since it was Canadian made and a newer model there wasn't a lot of info available online. Ken did a great job selling us our spa. He wasn't pushy and answered all of our questions throughly. We look at a variety of spas and bullfrog was by far our favorite.
