I am so happy and lucky that Costellos has a store that sells hot tubs 10 minutes from my home and the delivery was an excellent experience. The guys were very careful with my new trex deck. They put it down in the center and even had to move it a couple inches for me very nice guys they gave me some instructions and I’ve been loving my Hot Tub and enjoyed it ever since Amanda who helped us every step of the way has been awesome. Bought a hot tub off the showroom floor in April. The hot tub was supposed to come with a cover lift over 2 months ago. When the hot tub came they didn’t have it in stock and said they’d come back in a week, after several follow ups and a no show no call today when they were scheduled to come yet again I have to say to avoid doing business here. Bought a hot tub last March 2025. Discovered a leak during a cold snap in Feb 2026. Called Costello's for service. In LESS than 24 hours, service tech was at my home, the problem was addressed and fixed. This was amazingly fast. GREAT service. GREAT products they stand behind. Highly recommend Costello's.
Wouldn’t recommend using them
This review is WAY OVERDUE!!! We purchased our spa from the Smithtown store in June 2024. Amanda, the sales rep, was so patient with us, and very knowledgeable, answering our many questions over multiple visits to the store. Due to construction delays in our backyard, we were unable to take delivery until September. Everyone at Ace worked with us and held onto the spa until we could have it delivered. They were amazing.
