We had such an amazing experience with Costello Jewelers in Glen Ellyn. We worked with Leslie to design a special ring for myself and my sisters. She took the time to sit with us and bring the design to reality. She worked closely with Nolan from the Downers Grove who did a beautiful job actually creating our rings. I would highly recommend them for their great customer service ice and attention to details

Love this place. They treat you like family. Michelle is amazing at remembering all of our names even if we don’t step foot in the store for a year. They’ve made jewelry for us, serviced watches, and cleaned and polished rings. They have always been a pleasure to do business with.
Costello Jewelry in Glen Ellyn is truly exceptional. I brought in my engagement ring after 25 years of wear to get a new setting, had my eternity diamond band resized (Rico did exceptional work), and turned two family diamonds into gorgeous stud earrings. I had such a wonderful experience at Costello Jewelry Company! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away and made to feel welcome. I explained that I had spoken to someone about getting my watch battery replaced, and after chatting a bit we realized I had accidentally called a different location.
