Used them for new construction home. All the doors (over 20K in cost) have shrunk, and warped and need restained. 15K custom front door had fog between the double pane glass because of shotty workman ship. Absolute nightmare customer service. Never takes responsibility for their work. Don't walk but run away.
They're the best custom door maker that I know of.
