I've shopped here for years because it's the only/most convenient beauty supply but I've never been a fan of how they operate. The items they sell, the creepy security guard, etc. Now that there is a new supply store a block away, they are losing market share and have signs up that say 20% off everything. I like their oil selection so I stopped in but now, there's caveat to getting the discount.... It's only if you spend more than $15, AND if you pay cash. If you don't pay cash, it's 15% off. This was my favorite beauty supply until the little small foreign lady inside kept be rude. I DONT GO HERE ANYMORE, thank God the other beauty supply is open not even a block down. They change prices on hair that’s not worth it and don’t care about their valued customers! I live down the street but will NOT GO INSIDE THIS PLACE AGAIN! they do not care about You!
Terrible rude I’m so glad another hair supply has opened in the area they treat customers very bad especially the lady with the slurred speech and the top flight security smh so over this trashy hole in the wall
