I have been having member for 30 years at Costco and never complained, it's my first-time post this about the customer service for this location in Cypress,TX Today I and my husband came there and looking for dash cam for car but we didn't see over there, so we came over to the customer service and asking if they can find in store. So the white lady Manager can't remember her name, she raised her voice "dash cam" with the Sneer and seemed like didn't know what I said,this is the second time We see her with the same attitude.... read more
Costco Cypress is very busy and crowded. The Tomball location is much better.
Doubt Costco cares about any of the negative reviews
Waited over a little 30min for the pizza. When people who order after us, they were getting their pizza before us. Just upsetting.
