I bought some totes that were clearly under the $9.99 price tag but rang in at $19.99 I went back to check took pictures but alas Pam the manager said she could do nothing for me. It a multi billion dollar store seriously there is always something you can do!!! I have pictures of their mistake with I could share.

Went today and had a frustrating experience. I paid for cottage cheese but it wasn't in my bags when I got home, and bananas I had in my cart never showed up on the receipt or in my bags either. Looks like both items ended up going to the person in line before me by mistake. On top of that, the checkout was slow even though the store wasn't busy, and the cashier wasn't very friendly. Wrong posted hours. 9-10am is "executive hour" where only executive members can shop. If you are not, you're turned away at the door. Stuff like this should be posted online.
