Linda was rude and irritated as we came in with questions about membership and said we Had to be Members to eat at the food Court. Guess what? Sam's Club let's you eat at the food court Without a membership! And has better Customer Service & Prices! Kinda stuck up and snooty like they were better than anyone else. I don't think so! My husband and I went here for the fist time to see about membership and a tour. We were greeted at the door by a nice lady named Jereicca. She was so friendly. Sadly the other lady Linda was rude and spike to us in a condensing tone. Snapped at us a few times interrupted us when we spoke. It was upsetting. We will NOT be returning. Guess we move on to Sam's.
Busy place on weekend
I have a cotsco executive MC card ( from Canada)I was declined because I was told the US store" only" use visa. Only to remind them.i had use the same card 2 days prior for a purchase at the store and for gas. And " It worked" !! Not impressed.
