The employees working at the Customer Service desk and answering the phones at this Costco are SUPER rude. If you are that unhappy with your job, perhaps "Customer Service" isn't the best line of work for you. This store is always busy. Otherwise, the prices are good and I will continue to shop here...I just won't contact Customer Service.
We were missing 10 lbs of sugar when we arrived home. Costco had found the sugar, told us the next time we were in to come to a certain department and they would let us pick up another 10 lb bag. This was very thoughtful for one of their employees to find it in our returned cart and take it to the office. Thank you Costco! You are a class act!
cheap but terrible customer service. as i do not have health insurance i am forced to use this awful place. read the other reviews online and do not use if you can afford to go elsewhere
