warehouse shopping Costco is great for price deals on certain items. You really have to price compare to get a 'deal,' as not all bulk packagaing offered here is price competitive to the regular grocery store. Overall, great prices on frozen goods and dairy.
Great Great Great This is an all around great store. They have a gas station (cheapest prices in town, by .10/gallon), a pharmacy, optical, tire center and of course a huge selection of food, furniture, household supplies and much much more. The downside is paying for a yearly membership, but you more than make up for it with all that you can save.
Great Bulk Shopping We love COSTCO!! We do most of our shopping here. They have almost everything can could of in bulk! The only thing is you have to be a member to shop there, there is a yearly fee to be a member. The benefits are very high to become a member. They have tons of food choices in bulk and great prices, they have a Meat section and a bakery. COSTCO is the best "grocery" store around!
I love Costco! Costco is one of the greatest stores ever thought up! They have high quality items at very reasonable prices. If you haven't ever checked out their fresh cut flowers, you should! You can get 2 dozen roses (nice ones) for under $15. They are beautiful and have ferns and babies breath! They also have a great meat dept! PROS: Great prices CONS: long lines and big crowds
Great prices--on some items Costco Wholesale is a great deal for a family the size of mine. We love buying in bulk and often the prices are great. You get sales prices without all the work of couponing and rebating. It is still important to price compare with other local stores. For items like cereal, we have found that WinCo is almost always less, unless Costo is having a BOGO special type of thing. We love "window shopping" at Costco and love the gas prices. They usually beat everyone else in town.
Worth the long wait in lines My family loves Costco! Only downfall is you have to wait in long lines and we end up spending way too much money. Buying everything in bulk saves me trips to the grocery store. We eat here frequently as well. Who can beat $1.50 hotdog and soda or a $1.00 mocha? They have a huge parking lot and the gas is the most reasonable in town.
LOVE Costco! My husband and I LOVE to shop at Costco. They have some of everything, so it's fun for both of us! The products are always great quality. Everything I've had from their bakery is delicious. Cant beat their $15 decorated sheet cakes! I love that they sample different foods so you can see if you like something before you purchase a large package. Their return policy reminds me of Nordstrom. High value, High Quality The Bulk food/item giant never fails to deliver quality products at a reasonable cost. Their ever changing merchandise makes every trip to Costco a new experience. PROS: High Quality products. Great Prices, The hotdog/coke deal is great! CONS: Long checkout lines, crowded sometimes.
Never out of stock If you dont shop the first weekend after payday it's not too crowded! This Costco does a great job of keeping things in stock and always has the coupon items it advertises. We have had great service in the tire center as well. I recommend the viosn center for prices but it usually has a long wait - I recommend they hire at elast one mroe person there. Now that the traffic light is at the entrance getting out of Costco is not a hazard and has really sped things up.
