Tried to get a membership in person and i was told to go to the exit area then was stopped by someone working there and was told to go the the entrance area and walk around past the small food court they had tried that then another working scanning for card stopped me and said to leave and go through the exit area. teach your employees basic directions on how to direct people that need help plus most of them had an attitude problem like this was my fault i truly dont recommend them .
If I could give zero stars I would!!! From the greeter to the cashier every single person we interacted with at this Costco had a disgusting attitude and were so rude! Theirs ways to talk to people to get your point across without yelling or being rude and disrespectful. Last time I shop here and maybe Costco in general I left so upset at how I was treated today. Do not shop here!! Try any other one because these people hate their jobs so much they take it out on the customers.
The best warehouse shopping ! Efficient staff . Love their food court . We are regular hot dog patrons and rotisserie chicken fans !
During checkout with Lorraine, I was disappointed with the level of service I received. She refused to box up my items and instead just placed a stack of empty boxes on my cart, leaving me to do it myself. I’ve seen other registers where employees assist customers by boxing their items, so it was frustrating to be treated differently. I also asked Lorraine for a price on an item, and she refused to look it up.
