First, I want to thank the staff members who usually help customers. I appreciate the hard work many employees do every day. However, I had a frustrating experience on March 8. I asked a cashier named Christina O. if she could help me find someone to assist with putting items into my cart. She immediately refused and told me that they are not supposed to help Instacart shoppers put items in carts.
