I understand that Costco’s business is extensive, and we have no issue with Costco’s outdated system until trying to return an item around noontime today. There is a middle age man looks like the return area team leader who shushed me because I didn’t bring the physical Citi credit card for return, even though I brought the receipt and was willing to accept any form of credit!!!
