Fucken crazy. Rude nasty people.. no manners.. they stop and talk on the phone .. they block you.. you cant get by... they hit you with the cart .. run into you ... Sunnyvale is the WORST.. PARKING. .. GETTING GAS... .. FUCK THAT SHIT
The guy 'Michael' at Costco tires... He should watch his attitude and choice of words. I have heard complains from my INDIAN friends and have personally experienced rudeness, sheer lack of knowledge on the job and utter slowness from this service location and because of Michael. I am happy to continue taking my business to your competitors, but at the same time hope that Costco doesn't get into a racial bias lawsuit.
Customer put their dog in the shopping cart. Brought this to the attention of a Costco employee was told there was nothing they could do about it! I know dogs are allowed in the store BUT they are not allowed in shopping carts – educate your employees!
Parking is awful, and it's always very overcrowded, but we all deal with it because it's Costco.
I can handle saying no to an extended warranty a few times but to be asked 8 times by 5 different people is beyond obnoxious. Oh and the parking is awful and the pedestrian ramp was really bumpy especially at the end, not the best to roll a fragile tv on as you leave.
