Honestly the tall lady has no buisness being in customer service. If you dont like people maybe its time to find another job.
The staff and manager were not friendly. The big tall female staff was grumpy and she should not be there because she doesn’t have the Costco customer service value. My wife went there for contact lenses fitting and her experiences with them were all bad, The two contact samples weren’t good. The first one wasn’t right because as she couldn’t even read and the last sample was blurry. Don’t recommend this optometrist. I arrived on time but waited for half an hour. He talked to me for 5 mins (maybe less) and sent me out of door. I don’t get suggestions where I am with my eyes. $165 is a lot for 5 mins. BTW I have been to other optometrists and I know what kind of service they offer.
I went for a contact lenses exam and fitting. The associate named Jayna was accommodating, as she was really helpful and patient teaching me. Overall, they have a great costumer service!
