Had an excellent experience at Costco Optical. Dr Kim Johnson is amazing -- super professional. They have state of the art equipment. Highly recommend
The most horrible place to get contacts and glasses. Somehow misplaced my contacts prescription in their system twice. And have some of the rudest employees.
Charlie in the Costco Optical Department was wonderful! She repaired my glasses and even fixed the rest of the upper part too, so they wouldn't break again in the future. After that, she helped fix my older pair and then gave me estimates on contacts. It was very very busy that day, but she was very patient and gracious with me. Thank you, Charlie! You make Costco Optical a quality place to have my glasses done.
