Five stars for Kim! This was my third experience here, and by far my best! Previously staff have been abrupt and not helpful, and I had decided to go elsewhere for service. Kudos to Kim, she dealt with my issue in a professional and friendly manner and completely resolved my issue!

SAID manager here is very rude, I really had a bad experience dealing with him. Staff is not organized and you wait for a long time and get incoherent answers. One of those badly managed Costco departments.
My experience with Costco has always been great until I went to their vision centre. The staff are not very courteous, with the exception of the young man who fitted me. The glasses began scratching right away despite assurances that they were scratch proof, and when I brought them in to be looked at, I was told very curtly that there was no warranty on scratches. I now have to get new glasses and won't be bringing my business here again 😕
