I want to send a big thank you to Shannon in the Optical department at the Stoney Creek location. I stopped in to the Optical department to inquire on some scratches on my glasses, she let me know the procedure and I went off on my way shopping. I was recovering from knee surgery and needed to get out of the house and needed crutches to get around. My prescription glasses were made incorrectly and Costco re-made them quickly and without any hassle. They seemed quite dismayed as the tech said they always check their work. I have bought quite a few eyeglasses there and will continue to do so as the quality, service selection and price is unbeatable.
I had an extremely good experience when initially purchasing my glasses and later required assistance with minor adjustments thanks to Shannon who was extremely helpful, knowledgable and courteous . It was an absolute pleasure being assisted by such a delightful service technician.
I would like to recognize Shannon at the Costco Vision Center at the Costco Stoney Creek Location. She was very helpful when it was time to choose glasses frames. Shannon showed me frames that I would never have picked up and I was able to find more than three frames from which to choose. Shannon, thank you for your kindness and expertise!
