I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing the staff are at this center. First I broke my lenses which was my own fault and they gave me an exact pair on the spot with zero hassle and then I came back a week later as vision seemed off and readjusted them and took the time to see what the issue could be. I recently tried reaching out by phone and called twice, letting it ring for over five minutes each time. Unfortunately, there was no answer, and I also wasn’t given the option to leave a voicemail. It would be helpful if there were a way to leave a message or receive a callback in situations like this. Improving phone accessibility would make communication much smoother for customers.
The gentleman who did my eye exam was so kind, professional and informed me of things that I could be doing to to improve my eye health that I hadn't been informed of before by other professionals. The receptionist was also very kind!
I did not get the name of the lady who helped me, hoping to get it when I get my contacts so I can give her credit. The absolute best experience I have ever had. From recommendations, knowledge and opinions she was exceptional. This lady made my experience a 10 out of 10 and I can’t express how impressed and grateful I am.
