I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent change in policy for replacing eyewear lenses on existing frames. I have been a loyal Costco member for many years, relying on your service to replace lenses on frames not purchased at Costco. Thank you CHRISTINE for helping me out April 24, 2025. I went in with my glasses needing repair. She helped me right away and fixed them! They also never fit me right, and she noticed that right away and adjusted them for me. SUPER GRATEFUL FOR CHRISTINE, she was amazing.
I want to send a big thank you to Shannon in the Optical department at the Stoney Creek location. I stopped in to the Optical department to inquire on some scratches on my glasses, she let me know the procedure and I went off on my way shopping. I was recovering from knee surgery and needed to get out of the house and needed crutches to get around.
