Smitten. Undeniably the best experience ever. Stopped by this optical dept at the Niagara Falls Costco store this past Sunday (Feb. 9, 20205) because my frame I bought from a different Costco a couple of years back started to misbehave: nuts and bolts wore off and I couldn't fix it myself at all. Recently had to get glasses for the first time, went to Costco Vision Centre to fulfill my prescription, a young woman helped me and was cheerful, kind, helpful and helped me get everything I needed with zero issues. when my glasses were ready I went back to pick them up and the gentleman who helped me was so thorough and informative I’ve actually told several people because it left a great impression on me . also I was kind of anxious about it all as I got a bunch of extras, (transitions and the new bifocal version as well ... read more

They( a man) didn’t want to change a defective frame before 1 year, because they said I entered in a pool, but it was defective even though with sweating. More than 200 dollars spent and I can’t use the lenses in another frame. I don’t use the frames anymore, bought in August 2024.
