Very rude. The lady who I had an appointment with was accusing and unpleasant, I felt very uncomfortable. I hope others do not have the same experience. Wont be returning to this costco optical.

Optometrist ordered a prescription, and my son had to practically sit on his desk to see his computer screen. I took him to another optometrist who gave him a completely different prescription that worked for him. I went back to Costco to ask for a refund for my son, he refused and was quite unprofessional with his response to me and he also said the new prescription wouldn't work for my son, which as I already stated worked.
I recently mangled the arm on my glasses and took it in to be repaired. The woman warned that the mangling was so bad it might not be repairable, but she did it!! She was also SUPER nice and even gave me an extra glasses cloth when I mentioned how much I love theirs. I've had MANY dealings with the staff at this location and I've never had a problem. Everyone I've dealt with has always been very professional, helpful, and good at what they do. I highly recommend them!
