Optometrist ordered a prescription, and my son had to practically sit on his desk to see his computer screen. I took him to another optometrist who gave him a completely different prescription that worked for him. I went back to Costco to ask for a refund for my son, he refused and was quite unprofessional with his response to me and he also said the new prescription wouldn't work for my son, which as I already stated worked.
I recently mangled the arm on my glasses and took it in to be repaired. The woman warned that the mangling was so bad it might not be repairable, but she did it!! She was also SUPER nice and even gave me an extra glasses cloth when I mentioned how much I love theirs. I've had MANY dealings with the staff at this location and I've never had a problem. Everyone I've dealt with has always been very professional, helpful, and good at what they do. I highly recommend them!
Wednesday July 2nd @ around 7.30pm Not the most welcoming 2 ladies we came across. There was zero effort to solve our problem, instead we saw effort coming up with reasons why we couldn't buy a pair of prescription glasses that we spent almost half an hour to choose (by ourselves). Did see more enthusiasm with a client before us. Didn't offer any help when we were browsing for 20+ minutes (it was not rush hour. We were the only customers at one point).
