Totally disappointed with the service. I grabbed a number and quickly noticed that people arriving after me were being helped first. When I asked about the process for getting in line, I was brushed off with, “We’ll be right with you.” A short time later, another staff member approached me with raised eyebrows and a sarcastic, “Have you chosen your frames?” even though most of the options I was interested in were behind the glass counter. Really bad and rude service coming from the eye doctor, not recommended at all. Such a disappointment, even got some anger issues
