I normally never have an issue getting an appointment or placing an order. The staff in the eye doctors office are wonderful.
Very bad experience got my glasses wrong 4 times and refused to give me back my money not nice women in there at all.HORRIble experience..my advice stay clear
I usually go to a regular eye doctor that has a private practice but whenever I got to him, I feel as if he talks at me and not to me (i.e. God complex of being a doctor). He comes in check my eyes and walks out. Doesn’t ask if I have any questions or nothing. So, when my eye glasses broke on Thanksgiving I decided to try the eye doctors at my local Costco where I always buy my glasses from anyway.
