We were so lucky to get Maria as our optical rep! She was so patient with us! We went through so many frames until absolutely sure which one to get. She didn't get annoyed, rather she got us some more to try based on my (smaller) size and even offered to order more for my size. If I hadnt just been visiting family in the area I would've taken up the offer. Very helpful and professional.
In January 2025 I purchased 2 pairs of glasses at the vision center. So far, the screw fell out of one (which they put a screw in) and then just today the shaft of the same Hinge fell out. The person that helped me had a no care attitude and told me I would have to buy new frames and the cost would be $60. Well there are two definite things here. 1, I went to the Vision Center in Smithtown and they charged me $15 to repair them and was told the frames are very low end. 2, I will make sure my friends and family will never go ... read more

I normally never have an issue getting an appointment or placing an order. The staff in the eye doctors office are wonderful.
Very bad experience got my glasses wrong 4 times and refused to give me back my money not nice women in there at all.HORRIble experience..my advice stay clear
