Jason sorted out complex technicalities on our insurance, was super patient, and got an order done quickly. Great customer service.
On May 11th, 2025, around 1PM, I brought my daughter to the optical center because we needed new frames. The last we went there, the workers that we talked with were really nice. They were patient, and gave my daughter advice on which glasses would suit her more. But today, we came across this lady, (white, had glasses, and had curly brown hair,) and she was very impatient. When I placed my order and picked out my glasses, the woman who helped me was very nice and helpful throughout the process. When I went to pick up my two new pair of glasses, a different woman helped me and she was mildly impatient, uninterested, and never fitted my glasses on my face. When I asked about that she scoffed and said, oh no, they do that during the eye test. That wasn't what I was talking about. Perhaps another line of employment would be helpful for her.
If you are not white , the costco racist staff won't show you all the options and only show you the cheap options. I reported it to the manager, but she didn't care and it looks like costco recently dont provide equal service and what you get is based on your skin color .
Dr.Bell has amazing bedside manner.She was gentle, funny, and informative. My 11 year old finally got real answers about her vision and was delighted to be there.
