I like Costco Optical. Their services great, I can get what I need efficiently, they are reasonably priced, their staff is friendly, and they helped us out in an emergency. Details: I started going there after my previous provider retired and they’ve been great. Whoever the girl is answering the phone on 4/16 around 6:45p has the worst attitude ever and is sooo rude. Cant even answer a simple question without a condescending back handed comment.
I have been searching for a decent eye doctor in Seattle for a routine exam. I expected that Costco would have been a good choice because it seems to be for everything else. I made an appointment and showed up on time. I was met with the front desk person who seemed hurried and a little frazzled. She tried to explain the insurance billing process to me, but wasn't very direct so I shrugged it off and figured I would just pay for the exam if billing insurance was a problem. Spencer, Heidi and MY were very patient and helpful. They are always very busy so go there with time and you'll end up happy as I am.
Ka at the optical department was incredible at processing my contacts order lightning fast! Whatever you're paying this man, double it!!
