Pésimo servicio hace 3 semanas fui a sacar mis lentes lleve el examen q ise allí mismo y cuando page los lentes le pedí ala cajera que me los diera con el servicio de que se oscurece los lentes en color azul me explico que ese valor era mas caro pero le dije que no habría problema 2 semanas después fui haber los lentes y me dieron los lentes pero el vidrio era el normal no incluyo lo que queria hoy fui a reclamar les explique lo que paso que fue error de la cajera que me atendió ese día pero me dijieron que si queria solucio... read more

Nikita was unprofessional. I asked her If there is more frames in locked cabinet that i can see. she said there is no frames there, which is not true because I saw other cashier show other people. And she was rushing me I do not think she measured me right but I would know when i get the glasses.

Everybody at the optical store is nice and helpful even though it’s always busy. The prices are great! I don’t always buy frames there, but they put lenses in frames you buy elsewhere, too.
