I and my nicece were there yesterday for eyes exam glasses. We did not make an appoitment before so they said we will wait about 1 hour. 1 hour is not bad but we waited almost 2 hours. No explaintation, no excuse and 2 staffs in front were not nice, look like they have a lot of customers waiting so they do not care about us. Even I did not see them smile or said sorry because customers waiting too long. Wow, this may help be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. First the prescription. The doctor prescribed was wrong, which isn’t a big deal but when we went back to go fix it, the staff were completely rude about getting another appointment, but they did make another appointment for the next Day. When we showed up the next day for the appointment, they mentioned they didn’t have the appointment for us only come to find out that they put the wrong name under the appointment.
