Great service, the first guy that helped me (I think his name was Brandon) was very kind, helped me with what I needed and gave me suggestions on what glasses would fit my face best (something no one has done previously and I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 10 - now 32) When I went to pick them up they had them ready and adjusted them right away. I love the new glasses and they suit me so well not to mention I only paid $57 compared to the $200 other vision places were going to charge. Never buying glasses anywhere else ... read more

Amazing service , Brandon helped me with an issue where I couldn’t see when I took my glasses off , helped me understand. Also had an issue where I couldn’t see when I took my contacts off. Brandon helped me as well. Amazing staff

Even with an appointment, I’m always waiting AT LEAST 30 minutes…. Never a curtesy call saying they need more time in between appointments.

So I was waiting for my number to be called, waiting and waiting A new customer arrived, and a number after mine was called I said I'm number... Jasmine said I called that number, and I said, why would I be waiting if you called my number She had an attitude and said it again. I called that number, as if she had to say the last word and make sure that I was wrong Is that a good customer service approach?
