Worst customer service experience ever. The saleswomen at this store has little or no knowledge about the products. Super rude and does not want to answer any question from the customers.
I went to the @costco store in Naperville the eyeglass salesmen are very rude to the customers i went to the new line to buy a new pair of glasses i felt so bad and left . I would like to make a very strong plea to @costco's HR department to correct this relationship. Yes, same thing happened last year, my parents, two children and my husband saw many people when we went there and the staff rude service is very bad, many people bother them . and was treated very rudely, and even a year later I regret such a situation
I went in for an eye exam. She claimed that my prescription had changed. Like an idiot I trusted her and I took my daughter in a couple of days later. She told her the same thing but she failed to mention that to me. I ordered glasses and she ordered contacts. Shortly after my daughter told me she said that the Dr. told her the same thing regarding her eye sight. The customer service here is terrible . They are rude and do not like to answer questions. My impression is that they think the customers need them more than they need customers. When dealing with insurance change, they did not even bother looking at the insurance card before saying we can't help you with it. Hey, I'm not the one who deals with the insurance all the time so I don't know the ins and outs of it. God forbid you deign to give any advice on it.
