Surprised by all the negative reviews. We (myself, my wife, and our two kids) have been getting our glasses here for a few years now--never had an issue or experienced poor customer service. We only get our frames and lenses here, so I cannot comment on the optometrist(s). They are usually quite busy, and I suspect some of the negative reviews are from folks who want immediate service. Went for eye exam. Did not require new glasses.
Please do not come here for an exam. I know the price is cheap but your eyes deserve better. She gave me the wrong contacts and I felt extremely rushed. I honestly wish I never came here as I have a bad headache and something in my gut told me to leave. Look how bad the rest of the reviews are and I’m honestly not surprised. Costco optical is only good to purchase your glasses, but not for an exam.
Worst customer service experience ever. The saleswomen at this store has little or no knowledge about the products. Super rude and does not want to answer any question from the customers.
