So, it’s been 13 days since I ordered my glasses, and I still haven’t received them. I haven’t even gotten an explanation for the delay. I called them two or three times, but they just keep repeating that it’ll arrive soon, and they don’t even confirm whether the order was placed correctly or not. Bought 2 pairs of the same frames... both frames broke within 8 months, in the same place, the spring on the ear pieces. Brand was Bulova, marana. I've been wearing glasses for more than 40 years. Never had this happen before with a pair of glasses, let alone two. Costco said they were unfixable. Also told me there was no warranty on them. Very unlikely to use them again.

My daughter broke her glasses right before her classes on Monday. Fairfax Costco optical fixed it in 10 min Sunday before the store closed. I'm truly grateful! Thank you very much!!!
