The optical manager by the name of Caleb Breidenthal listened to my situation which goes back to may 2025 went ahead to not only resolve my issue but fulfilled my request with no hesitation what so ever. Caleb’s personality outweighed my expectation, if I could I would give this gentleman 10 stars, totally overwhelmed
I got an $80 eye exam from the Fairfield Costco and when I finally got my glasses I can see better without them Dollar Tree reading glasses work better when I attempted to get my money back from the doctor who wrote the prescription she absolutely refused I told her I was going to write a bad review she told me to go right ahead Costco could do nothing because she's not a Costco employee ripped off for $80
Had to purchase glasses. The staff at Costco were amazing. They took the time to make sure that all my needs were met and I would continue to get my glasses from them only.
Best customer service Ever and Customer service employee by the name Kapp was truly a Blesding to work with she was Truly amazing .This was my first time dealing with Costco Optical dept and I must say I will return ONLY because of her the other employees were not friendly at all but she made up for their lack of customer service she really was Awesome
Best prices for lenses and pretty good frame selection.
