Unimpressed with the requirement to "virtually get in line". The corporate policy change is really ridiculous. You have to have a smartphone to check in? Not every member of every family has a smartphone so should they not be serviced? And the signage is very small in a very large area. No warranty on your glasses anymore either? Very disappointed in this Costco!

I had my first appointment with Costco Optical and it was the most helpful eye exam I've ever had. They helped me understand things I've never been aware of and I left with a better solution than I've had with any other optometrist. Also, they were WAY cheaper than my eye exams in the past. I'm so happy I made the switch.
So efficient - in the 5 minutes before my scheduled exam, a technician took care of the "hot air balloon" test, air puff test, and photo for retinal imaging. The optometrist spent about 30 minutes with me during the exam - taking time to adjust my prescription after some issues I was having with my contacts. My contacts were in my mailbox only 4 days after ordering. Overall great experience!
Great service and super helpful staff! I worked with Jen (if I remember correctly)—she made very helpful suggestions, answered my insurance questions, and was so nice to me and my family.
