My first appointment was last week. I had OD Patrick Henry. He was great, gave me great detail and didnt make me feel rushed. Somewhere along the line my trial pair of contacts were not ordered, so I am awaiting a call back to see what they do to rectify the issue. I will update my rating once there is a solution. Update- got 2 pairs of trials for the inconvenience. Updated my rating.
