I have been seeing Dr. Ruby Bello at Bello Optometric Inc. for years and am always amazed with her and her staff’s efficiency and dedication to patients. Her work has provided me with consistent prescriptions for my choice of eye glasses needed for my work and recreation. I highly recommend her for anyone in need of an optometrist. Thank you, Dr. Bello for all you do.

Admin/Front desk is careless and has no customer service skills. I wasted a whole afternoon driving out here after I was told my contacts were ready for pickup only to find they were not. I’ve driven back and fourth a bunch of times for numerous appointments and waited months for my contacts to come in …. Their system has made it feel like trying to get eye care is a full-time job.

This is a review for Dr. Bello of Bello Optometric inside Costco Gateway Center Dr. Some reviews here, well, who knows where they were. Dr. Bello and his assistant were some of the most professional, and obviously caring people from which I've ever received an eye exam, and, well, I'm no spring chicken, so I've had a few. His assistant was happy to great me, and helpful throughout the whole process. I got my glasses in exactly a week. The staff isn't exactly the most helpful. They're lackadaisical, and have zero passion for their job. Were they rude to me? Well, nooo, just acted like they didn't like their job. 2/3 employees that I interacted with. Like I was putting them out for asking a question. I only went there for convenience and price. 4 starts for 1 week turn around and price. 1 star taken away for attitude towards job satisfaction, which there isn't any. It's worth it to go. Just get the guy to help you.
