Each time I have gone there, I have had all of my concerns addressed and questions answered. I needed a new prescription and received one without issue or problem. I had questions about their frames and the possibility of having lenses fitted to outside frames. They had my answers within moments. I will continue to use their services.

Dr. Ly was friendly and professional. This was my second visit and she compared my last findings with my new findings. I ordered new glasses from the optical department and appreciated the professionalism of the tech.

Worst place ever, never coming back here again. I called before my daughter's appointment to let them know that it's her first time going to see an optometrist and they just scheduled my appointment without asking me any questions about our insurance (to see if they take it), our address, or phone number. All they wanted was an email where they were going to send me the intake forms prior to my appointment, which I never got, and that was it.
