5 I had a major inflammation on both eyes, and got accepted right away. Issue was gone with eye drops. Doctor took almost an hr with me, very patient and got me answers, explained all in all the details. Prescribed glasses that I’ve never owned before, and told me where to get them in one day. I was running my shopping at Costco a week later and stopped by to make my 2 week f/u. He took me in without an appt, AND DID NOT CHARGE ME A PENNY. I’m extremely thankful. The lady at the stand with blonde hair in the store was super rude and they are extremely difficult to work with when calling, billing, and pickup. The doctor was fine though.
Helpful. Lines can be long, and you have to be a lil patient. Remember to scan the QR code when you get in to get on the waitlist.
Called up to find out the pupilary distance for glasses I've ALREADY ordered from them. The woman on the phone gave me a hard time and an attitude for even asking her to explain the discrepancy. She then said 'normally we charge for a PD measurement'... I then asked 'well what you're saying is it changes depending on the glasses'... she then replies 'No' and seemed reluctant to divulge information. Will not be shopping here again. I had a really great experience. I brought my prescription from VisionWorks, but decided not to get my glasses at Costco because the team at VisionWorks were so disorganized and the prices were too high. Mr. Kite was very patient and gave very good advice. I got a pair of high index glasses with Gucci frames and surprisingly low price. There was no extra cost for those lenses which was another pleasant surprise. I was expecting them to take a few weeks for my order to be ready, but they texted me a week later.
