I had an amazing experience today! I went in to get my glasses adjusted and, I believe her name was Connie, really helped me out. She was very patient, continued to make minor tweaks and let me try them on until they felt like the fit I needed. Thank you for everything!!

The Costco Vision Center has inconvenienced my family and significantly delayed our access to contacts due to their embarrassingly primitive understanding of HIPAA policies.
