I've always had a great experience at this Costco Vision center. My most recent set of glasses wasn't working for me. They have already done more than I expected to help me figure it out and they're still helping.
Fantastic experience custom fitting my new sunglasses. Then an even better experience fixing them after I bent them while traveling. Really straightened them out and adjusted properly. Then checked all the screws to make sure they were in top shape. Above and beyond customer service with sunglasses.
Do not recommend!! They have a great selection and especially of name brand frames, but the workers that "helped" us made us feel like garbage. We are trying to figure out how they work with insurances and such, so we did have quite a few questions we asked. Later, we had someone else working with us than the previous woman, and we found the other woman talking garbage on us to the other worker currently with us.
