Customer service from Mr. WINGER was horrible. I wanted to replace lenses in my frames that were purchased from my optometrist. He insisted that the frames were "off the shelf" and the lab would not replace them. I told him that they are not "off the shelf". I obviously know where I purchased them. He must have argued with me for 5 minutes saying the same thing over and over. Mr. WINGER was very rude and not what I am accustomed to from COSTCO. I walked away frustrated and I will never buy any optical products from Costco.
