Went here for tires, they said no problem, waited around for 2 hours for them to call me and say they can't put them on. Went to discount tire, not a problem at all.
Started my car and had very low tire pressure. I couldn’t see anything on the tire, but called Costco tire, they told me to bring it in to check. Guy came out and found a nail in my tire, they got me right in and fixed it and it’s good to go! I’m so thankful they were so flexible and kind, got my tire fixed fast and right. Thank you!
Went in to get one tire patched. They tried to sell me 4 tires telling me they all needed to be replaced not just the one I had gone in for. Glad I got a second opinion saved myself almost $500. I like costco overall but I hate when mechanics try to take advantage of customers with limited knowledge on cars. Won't be going back to the tire center at costco anytime soon.

Just got tires rotated and balanced and 20 minutes into the drive our car is shaking a lot. We pull over to check the tires and the nuts were almost coming off. They only finger tightened it. We have kids in the car and that dangerous! Please just do better at keeping the community safer.
