Always busy, even when no one's there! Wait is super long! Service kinda sucks!
If I could give it 0 I would but won’t let me post without something. Worst service ever!!! I have been here for 4 days and everyone has been very nice…..until this experience. I had something slice my tire on the road last night and of course everything is closed, except Costco. I called them 3 times…..THREE!!!!!, and all times I explained I didn’t have a lock to the tire wheel. They said 3 different times they could help so I had it towed 1.3 miles to this Costco and paid almost $300 for this. I get there 5 mins before the... read more
Horrible service. Waited over an hour just to warranty a battery. I understand that there are appointment slots that need to be filled and serviced by their time slot, but when you have a customer standing here waiting for over an hour, at what point do you help that customer first. As I was waiting, another customer standing in the wrong line (appointment line) was even helped before I was even after being told she was in the wrong line. So should I have stood in the wrong line to avoid waiting an hour? They need to figure ... read more
If you make an appointment online, it is easier to get your service taken care of! They don’t always answer the phone because everyone is working to service the cars in the back! They investigate issues and fix things right away. Be prepared for a 1.5-2.5 hour wait, but remember that the services are free (such as tire rotation and balance!)
