Jeff in the tire center is nothing short of spectacular. Absolutely amazing service! I ran into several issues and Jeff took ownership my experience and went out of his way to completely resolve all of my issues, despite inconvenience to himself. It's people like Jeff that give Costco it's reputation and it's people like Jeff that deserve outstanding recognition. Please recognize Jeff and give him all the praise and respect. As others have said, I would give them 0 stars if possible. Heck, I would give them a minus 5. I have had 2 appointments thus far and been told both times that they were unable to swap my winter tires for my summer. The first time they claimed the tires had uneven wear, despite my depth tread measurements saying they were fine. I told them id look online to see if I could find a set of new tires for my car and was told that was fine as they dont carry a set for my car. Costco saved our butt today! We got hit by some metal parts flying off a truck on the freeway and blew our tire. Well it’s Sunday and Costco is the only place open, and we were also 200 miles away from home. They got us in and out in less than an hr with all new tires. Tristin was super helpful in picking our tires and getting us back on the road. Super grateful for Costco tire center today!!
