Carlos, Jeff & Mark big kuddos to you guys. My husband and I had to go in to repair our Tesla rim and tires. Mind you, this is the second time we come here. They have been nothing but attentive, helpful and friendly. They helped us AS MUCH AS THEY COULD and still went ABOVE and BEYOND. Thank you so much for your service. We truly appreciate it. If you guys have a Costco membership or looking for people to help you with your car, THIS IS THE PLACE. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE.
We have used this tire center twice now and both times, the team has been nothing but amazing. Jeff, Carlos and Mark have gone above and beyond for us every time we have come here, from fitting us in last minute for tire repair to actually taking the time to help us shop for rims when ours was no longer viable. They are all extremely knowledgeable in their profession and have always shown the highest tier of customer service
Jeff in the tire center is nothing short of spectacular. Absolutely amazing service! I ran into several issues and Jeff took ownership my experience and went out of his way to completely resolve all of my issues, despite inconvenience to himself. It's people like Jeff that give Costco it's reputation and it's people like Jeff that deserve outstanding recognition. Please recognize Jeff and give him all the praise and respect. As others have said, I would give them 0 stars if possible. Heck, I would give them a minus 5. I have had 2 appointments thus far and been told both times that they were unable to swap my winter tires for my summer. The first time they claimed the tires had uneven wear, despite my depth tread measurements saying they were fine. I told them id look online to see if I could find a set of new tires for my car and was told that was fine as they dont carry a set for my car.
