The few times ive worked with them theyve always been willing amd helpful. All these people giving 1 and 2 stars because they had an appt and it took an hour is nutty. This isnt mcdonalds. EVERY tire shop is going to take 1+ hours to get your car in and out. Appointment or not.
Two and half hour later they told me they can’t get lug nut off . And that too I had an appointment. Stay away from this particular tire center of Costco. Hopefully someone can take this seriously. It is bringing down Costco reputation
It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not; they are always 2-3 hours behind.
Avoid this particular Costco Tire at all costs. Had a 12:15pm appointment to swap out tires. Dropped off my car on time, got it back at 2:30pm.
This is the second time Costco tire at Riverton has been there for me! Both times a tire puncture on 2 different vehicles, CJ was helpful getting me back on the road!
