I went to get my tires replaced and my appointment was at 2:30, I had to wait about 10-15 for someone to check me in and they told me it would take about 1 and a half hour so i waited and I went back around 3:30 they said it's not done yet, around 4:30 they said my car was ready. I'm unhappy about there service and the time they took.
No benefit of changing tires at Costco or discount tire discount tire will match your price and on timely rotation at Costco store you have to make an appointment for tire rotation regardless it will take you 2 1/2 hours to rotate a tire. This is my last time First and Tire at Costco 2 1/2 hours of my time has been consumed waiting to just simply get a tire rotation therefore I’ll never buy a tire at Costco again there’s no benefit in price nor the convenience going back to the stump Tire.
Why have an appointment when it takes three hours to do a tire rotation! This happens more often than not usually with an appointment they will take anywhere between an hour and two hours to complete a tire rotation and balance. That should take 30 minutes! Today I had an appointment at 2:30 PM. I didn’t leave until almost 5 PM!! Do better!
