I don’t know if I’ve ever left a bad review before…. I made an appointment over a week in advance and showed up on time. I was told it would take 1 hour. Then 2 hours passed and I called the service desk. They didn’t work on my car at all during that time. I was told this was because I needed 2 new front tires and they were sorry for not notifying me. Had an appointment for 10:45am - they didn't touch the car until after noon. Then had Jay blow me off when asking why it took so long to start and when it would be done, talking to me as if they were doing me a favor. Won't be back.
Why do they even have an appointment system?! Just needed tire rotation. 1:00 appointment. They didn’t even get car in bay until 2;30! Sure, they have good tire prices, but if time is money, for you as it is for me, I’d rather pay more at Discount Tire and get the job done in a timely fashion.
Knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. I ordered my tires in person on a Friday, and got them installed the following thursday. The appointment time took less than an hour. Price was great compared to DT or other tire shops.
