Friendly staff with great customer service!
These ding dongs
I don’t do reviews on anything but I was on the phone for an hour trying to call them and they just straight up declined my call. Do not waste your time trying to call them, please call another costco or some other tire center.
This Costco tire is the worst in San Diego county. Not sure who is managing it, or if anyone is managing this place at all! They stopped answering the phones today. With my other car, it took them the whole day to replace 4 sets of tires. I asked why other Costco tires were so much faster, only to be told because some costcos are unionized and others are not. What does that even mean???
Ordered tires and made an appointment for installation. I was told it would take an hour to have them put on and it’s been over two hours and they’re still not ready. This is the second time I’ve used them and the second time I’ve been stuck here for hours.
