I can't believe this has tire center has an under 2 star rating. I was here on 2/7/2025. People must be confused with the Carmel Mountain Ranch Costco Tire center which most certainly deserves the low rating. Not this center, you can tell it is much better managed from top manager to front line customer service person. I have been there a few times, and each time, they are courteous and helpful. They warrantied my tire and were more than fair with an over 2 year old tire warranty replacement.
Very bad services at this COSTCO POWAY TIRES Do not buy tires from here. You will be regret to do that, believe me
We ordered tires online and waited 10 days for delivery. Arrived at store and waited 10 min at an empty service counter. The guys who arrived to work at the counter worked slowly and didn’t say much to anyone. We made an appointment for standard installation (no extra services) and waited more than 2.5 hrs. No one was mean or horrible or anything. They just took a long time and didn’t communicate well. It doesn’t seem good to do that when people have appointments.
Horrible customer service, Never ever buying at Tire at Costco. Save $20 and wait 2 hours to get a tire rotation and addition you must make appointment online, same thing for flat tire , I wasted my morning to get a flat fixed … customers leaving in frustrations , last time I’m buying tire at Costco.
