Dead slow service It took 3 hours for the flat tire
I was hoping that this location would be different than the Carmel Mountain location. I was wrong... they are exactly the same. Appointments are useless. I had an appointment for 12:15, and didn't leave until after 3:30. In addition to taking forever, I purchased new TPMS sensors, which they didn't even bother syncing to my car... so, I still have a flashing tire light come on. No point in going back to get it fixed... I don't want to lose another 3 hours of my life. I will never buy tires from Costco again. It's amazing how... read more
