They removed the nail and patched the tire, gave advice on replacing it in the future. I was satisfied.
Bad service, they promise a date for appointment and fix, but later just completely ignore it. Can not reach them through phone neither. Just to replace a flat tire, I have to go there in person for 4 times. Terrible experience!!!
I bought 4 new tires at Costco last year. Now one tire got a screw in the sidewall, and they want to charge me $150 for a replacement. I get that sidewall damage can’t be repaired, but isn’t this what the warranty is supposed to cover? Same thing happened with my other car at Discount Tire. They checked, confirmed it was covered, replaced the tire for free, and even offered me extra coverage for just $20. Fast, fair, and honest. Costco Tire? The opposite. Purchase tires here and been coming for tire rotation for over 3 years now. The service is always top-notch! The staff is friendly, professional, and the value is hard to beat. Appointments can fill up quickly, but the online booking makes it easy—sometimes you’ll get lucky with same-day spots, other times it takes a few days.
