Purchase tires here and been coming for tire rotation for over 3 years now. The service is always top-notch! The staff is friendly, professional, and the value is hard to beat. Appointments can fill up quickly, but the online booking makes it easy—sometimes you’ll get lucky with same-day spots, other times it takes a few days. Been going here for the past few years now and service has consistently been excellent! Unbeatable value with friendly and professional staff. Appointments can be hard to get, but I appreciate the ability to book online—sometimes you can get in same-day, and sometimes it’ll take you a few days. Very thankful for this location and its hardworking team!
It appears that the CEO “Ron Vachris” of Costco is siding with the Tireshop employees, despite their reported lack of care for customer vehicles. If protecting your wheels is important to you, I would suggest steering clear of the Issaquah Costco Tireshop, as they may not handle them with the necessary caution. This attitude can also jeopardize other parts of your car, as their technicians may carelessly toss around equipment as if dealing with a beat-up vehicle.
