Had a very pleasant and welcoming experience at Linwood Costco Tire center. While visiting family in KC... realized my tire had a screw with low pressure. Since I got my tires from Costco, took the car over and they were quick to get me in. I went in around 9:30 am during executive club hours and they were just starting their day. Carlos was very pleasant, check in took less than a minute and the tire patch up was completed in about 45 minutes and I was good to go! Thank you Carlos and Costco!
My second time here it’s best ppl quick unload friendly, overnight I think i am not sure but there’s plenty parking
this is a special shout out to Carlos O!! I know nothing about tires but he was so helpful and kind to help me when he didn’t have too! he made sure I understood what he was doing and was helpful in every aspect of the way! thank you!
I’ve been buying from Costco for YEARS and would have given 5 stars a couple years ago. But things have for sure changed. I made an appointment for a tire rotation at 6:15. It’s currently 8:35pm and they are not finished. There are other people here who have been waiting even longer. I’m sorry but it shouldn’t take that long for a basic rotation. I will start buying my tires elsewhere.
Ordered tires online and had an appt to get them installed. Was told it would take about an hour, it took 2 hrs. Then I go to leave, and my tire sensors are not working. The tech told me that one went out and needed to be replaced. HUH? They were working fine 2 hrs ago. And why did they not let me know so it could be fixed while there? And while waiting, I heard several conversations with customers about all the below reviews regarding warranty. I do not trust these people.
