A huge shout-out to Bryan and Riley!!!! I discovered I got a flat tire in real time on the road and I pulled into the Costco. I am not a Costco member myself, but in spite of that, Bryan and Riley helped me move my car into the bay and helped put on my spare tire, no charge required. We got our tire vibration fixed at a great price here. Previously we tried another Costco tire center but it didn’t work. Such a pleasant surprise to get it fully fixed in the middle of our trip from Seattle to Portland :D. Staff here are very friendly and professional. Want to give them 10 out of 5 stars!
Had just had a new set of tires put on in Portland store, hopped on to Freeway to cross river into Washington, and got a warning that tires were underinflated. Ugh. So I drove to East Vancouver store on 1st Ave and they were so incredibly helpful! The person at the counter said to go back outside and grab someone from the shop. I visited here close during Labor Day weekend. Most places are closed but this place is open. The store manager assigned Daniel to work on my service request. Daniel is efficient and detail oriented. I drove my car with a peace of mind after the service. Thank you Daniel for your dedication on giving great customer experience.
I can only ding them for inflating two tires to 37 and the others to 32 (opposite corners). Otherwise a quick install of four new tires. Make sure to get the 10am appointment if you can!
