I was very disappointed and will not buy tires here again. We bought our tires from here a few years back. One tire developed a slow air leak (would drop to about 22psi and need refilled about every 2 months). My wife took the van back to see if maybe the tire needed to be reseated and it turned out to be a nail. They told her the nail was going in sideways and the tire was not repairable. ****Update**** As of today October 18th 2025. About 1 month. Still no one contact me that there’s TPS for my truck. Clearly this place read the reviews and treat people based on the reviews the customers leave. I am pretty sure this place is racist or discriminates people of color. On September 17 2025, I had appointment at 4pm. Showed up at 3:30pm. At this time a lady and her kid were there and I showed up after. Tire department personnel very poor service. Makes it like we are an inconvenience for them. Discount tires much better service.
I made an appointment for 3:15 PM to get my tires changed. They told me it would only take an hour... I waited an hour, then asked me to wait another hour... I clarified that it would only take an hour because my baby needed to be fed... They said, "Yes, an hour," and I watched them work in the garage... very slowly, talking and laughing... and an hour had already passed... They told me to wait another two hours...
