After Tacoma Costco tire center performed balance and rotation on my tires, now it feels like I got square tires when on highway, had no problem with balance on wheels until they balanced the tires. Will have to now go to another tire shop for them to fix. The good side is they did let me know that they did the best they could and placed 7oz on the wheel… will update this review if another tire shop will confirm, or if Costco tire center fixes it. Very convenient!
Held me hostage for hours. After an hour and a half I got a call that one of my tires was a different rating than my other 3 and AWD have to have the same rating....my car is NOT AWD. All I wanted was a leak fixed on one tire. They hadn't even started on my car....45 minutes later they still had not even started, after promising me they would do it right away.
