Sloppy work. Appointments are never met in a timely manner. This time they forced me to come in early or else I'll have to reschedule because they wanted to close early. They didn't put my spare tire back properly in my nice and neat trunk it was loose and making rattling sounds, a total mess. They advertise as walk in welcomes but when you do they say make an appointment. Disappointing because Costco supposed to be the bestbat customer service.

Horrible customer service. I dropped my car off at 11:00 AM as a walk in and was told 1 tire repair would be done before EOD. I called around 4:45 PM and they still had not started working on the repair. 6:50 I received a call from Britney telling me the fob was not working and they could not complete the work. I was told they did not have a fob battery when I asked. I was offered no appointment or offer of getting the flat repaired first thing in the morning. I don't often give out horrible reviews, and this doesn't speak to the quality of the employees. However, after purchasing my tires here, one of them sprung a leak. They were unable to to schedule any reasonable appointments to check it out and patch it. If they cannot quickly service their own products and customers, they shouldn't be selling them at all. Les Schwab and Discount Tire can always fit people in same-day. Costco has "an opening next week." When dealing with a flat, that doesn't work.
