I love Costco but this Tire Center is a mess. Understaffed and way behind schedule. I got a set of Michelins at a different Costco this year and it was great but I got a flat tire and had to bring my car here. My tires are under warranty and they said it would take 2-3 days to arrive. I waited 3 days, no updates so I call and they said it’ll be more like 5 days. Isaiah at the front desk chooses to be difficult, and is argumentative.
Sloppy work. Appointments are never met in a timely manner. This time they forced me to come in early or else I'll have to reschedule because they wanted to close early. They didn't put my spare tire back properly in my nice and neat trunk it was loose and making rattling sounds, a total mess. They advertise as walk in welcomes but when you do they say make an appointment. Disappointing because Costco supposed to be the bestbat customer service.
Horrible customer service. I dropped my car off at 11:00 AM as a walk in and was told 1 tire repair would be done before EOD. I called around 4:45 PM and they still had not started working on the repair. 6:50 I received a call from Britney telling me the fob was not working and they could not complete the work. I was told they did not have a fob battery when I asked. I was offered no appointment or offer of getting the flat repaired first thing in the morning.
