I would not recommend this place to anyone especially young women. I came in with a simple issue and left after hours of wasted time, frustration, and completely unprofessional treatment. I bought brand new tires about eight months ago (1,000$) and recently noticed two of them were slowly losing air. Nothing urgent I was just topping them off every couple of weeks. So extremely slow. Takes 2+ hours for a tire rotation WITH an appointment.
Avoid this Costco Tire Center at all costs. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and argumentative for no reason, especially for this blond, petite lady that was helping me. Instead of helping, she acted like basic questions were a major problem. Ironically, the only major problem besides how long the service took, was her attitude and professionalism.
