If you need to contact the automotive department to check stock on a battery, you're better off just driving there and trying your luck hoping that they have it in stock as THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALL, AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN.
A different Costco tire location recently installed new tires and seem to have broken the tire pressure monitoring system for my car. Took it to the dealership where they gave the diagnosis but said it wouldn't be covered under warranty because Costco did the install. Took it to this Costco location because it is more convenient and was told by the manager I would have to take it back to the original Costco location because "They broke it and they should fix it. If I do the repair they aren't going to give me money for it." ... read more

They shut off the air pumps 30 minutes before they were closing, I was at one of the pumps as they did it. They saw I was putting air in as they shut it off. The worker, the minute I sat back in my car with my very flat tire, then came to lock up the air. Mind you, they were still open for 15 more minutes. I had to change my tire out to my spare in the parking lot due to them shutting off the air and leaving me with the tire at a very unsafe amount of air in it. This is the worst costco tire center. They don’t even answer the phones. I bought road hazard and they couldn’t fix it that day. So I’m supposed to drive on it. American Tire fixed it right away for free.
